Remote patient monitoring for chronic disease
An OCHIN member community health center re-engaged 78 percent of participating patients through integrated telehealth and monitoring. Within two months, 80 percent of patients achieved controlled or improved blood pressure. Read more on the OCHIN blog.
Virtual care to reduce no shows

What rural leaders say
“We have all of these different specialty doctors that we are able to easily coordinate with now that OCHIN Epic has allowed for us to build for them and provide services, whereas before we never had that. We’ve evolved so much more now because we have the system in place to be able to provide those services.” – Jason Ava, Director of Information Systems, Kahuku Medical Center, Hawaii
“Being able to access a caliber of EMR like Epic through OCHIN to make it affordable will allow us to maintain our independence, will allow us to be competitive, and those things contribute to our financial stability in the long term.” – Tom Murphy, CEO, Minidoka Memorial Hospital, Idaho
“OCHIN really helps us have confidence we’re picking tools that will be here for us for the long term.” – Nic Powers, CEO, Winding Waters Medical Clinic, Oregon
