We bring board-certified specialists and comprehensive clinical services to rural hospitals, helping expand access to kidney care without adding unnecessary costs or conflicts. In every community, our role is to strengthen what’s already working, fill in critical coverage, and make sure patients can stay close to home for care whenever possible.

In Cheyenne, Wyoming, a rural hospital suddenly lost its only employed nephrologist, leaving a significant gap in care. At the same time, the hospital’s for-profit dialysis provider gave notice, ending the acute dialysis services contract. Without consistent nephrology coverage and with dialysis services at risk, the hospital faced serious challenges in maintaining care for its patients.

Renasolve worked alongside hospital leadership to create a new inpatient and outpatient nephrology program. We also helped the hospital bring acute dialysis services under their own roof, ensuring no disruption in care. In just two years, the hospital’s dialysis population grew by more than 300%, inpatient nephrology volumes increased, and patient transfers for kidney care dropped significantly.
